lunches
food and drink
On Wednesday and Thursday, the conference will be based in the centre of town, in close proximity to many sandwich shops, cafes and restaurants. We recommend looking at the information on ‘places to eat’ which will become available on the website before the conference, and if you are planning to have lunch at a restaurant on the Wed or Thursday, that you book a table in advance.

Lunchboxes are available to order for Friday and Saturday lunchtime, when the conference will be based at the Bower Ashton Campus of the University of the West of England. We advise booking lunch for these days, as there are few alternatives once you are at the venue. You may, of course bring food with you if you prefer.

Lunches will cost £6 each per day.

Details of the lunches will be confirmed nearer the time of the conference.

Please let us know if you are vegetarian by ticking the appropriate box when you book.

Tea and Coffee refreshments will be available to delegates at both Conference venues. This is included in your conference fee.

banquetThe Banquet will be held on the evening of Saturday 19th September, at the Bristol Royal Marriot Hotel, a 4*Luxury Victorian-style hotel, located in the Centre of Bristol. The evening promises fine dining, entertainment and an opportunity to celebrate this landmark IMPACT in style.

Tickets are £38 per person and include a 3 course meal and glass of wine. There will be a bar available to purchase drinks from. Please let us know if you are vegetarian by ticking the appropriate box when you book.
