| Eli Zafran was born in 1972 in Israel. He completed his BFA in Art at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem in 2002. In the same year he moved to the UK were he now lives and works. In 2004 he completed a MFA at the UCL - Slade School of Fine Art London and subsequently a Post Master research at the Slade, completed in 2006. He then moved to Winchester as artist in resident at Winchester College. Between 2008 and 2009 he was Research Associate on the Mediatised View research project at the Design Department at Goldsmiths, University of London, supported by the Leverhulme trust. He currently manages The Fine Art Research Print Lab at Goldsmiths Fine Art Department. His work has being exhibited in Israel, UK and Germany.
