Rosa Tarruella, 1947, lives and works in Barcelona, Spain, and Zalesie, Poland. Artist printmaker and teacher of arts education at the University of Barcelona, also colaborates with the Eina School of Art and  Design, Barcelona. Phd in History of Art. Member of the group 13L, an artist’s group involved in bookworks. Since 1984 together with Antonia Vilà takes care of the print editions “El Calaix d’Estampes”.

Since 1976 she has done sporadic individual exhibitions – drawing, prints, installation- the last one was the installation “Embroideries” in the galery Okno in Przemysl, Poland, in summer 2008. Warsaw, Poland (1998),  Vilafranca del Penedès, Spain (1998-97); Barcelona, Spain (1995, 1991, 1989, 1987, 1985, 1978);Terrassa, Spain (1992); Lodz (Poland,1991); València, Spain-  Przemysl, Poland; Kraków,  Poland (1989); Vila-Real, Spain (1988)- Lleida, Spain (1987); Menorca,Spain (1977)- Rubí, Spain (1976)

She has participated in more than 100 national and international exhibitions of graphic art in Europe, Asia and North and South America, and has received several prizes from national and international institutions.

Permanent œuvre in some public and private collections in Europe -in Spain, Holland, Germany, Italy, Poland, France- in Egypt,  Japan, Patagonia -South America- and others.
