  Ruth Pelzer Montada  
 
Ruth Pelzer-Montada is an artist and lecturer in the Centre for Visual and Cultural Studies at Edinburgh College of Art in Edinburgh, Scotland. Her print-installation Schnörkeleien was shown in the Round Room at the Talbot-Rice Gallery, Edinburgh, in 2007. Her essays on contemporary printmaking have appeared in Contemporary Impressions, Visual Culture in Britain, Journal of Visual Art Practice and Art Journal.  She is currently completing a practice-based PhD on the interrelationship between the theory and practice of/in printmaking.
