Edward Dimsdale (b.1965) received an MA in Printmaking from the Cambridge School of Art, and now works as a Senior Lecturer in Photography at the University of the Arts, London (LCC), where research interests include critical histories of the medium, the photo book, fine and alternative methods of photographic printmaking and the relationship between photography and live performance.

Represented by HackelBury (London) and Gallery 339 (Philadelphia), recent exhibitions include Agulhas at HackelBury, Picturing Eden, a five-year touring show curated by Deborah Klochko for the George Eastman House, Rochester, NY, and Model Love, a collaboration with experimental performance company Bodies In Flight (Arnolfini, Bristol; BAC, London).
